1.Cleaning:Use vibration cleaning sieve and magnetic selector to get better cleaning effect. The dedusting system uses single union cyclone and centrifugal fan to remove dust effectively, so as to to ensure workshop hygiene and clear light impurities.

2.Crush:In order to ensure good softening and flaking effect, costor seed should be crushed, so that water can distribute uniformly and clearly during softening, and flake is thin and burliness.

3.Flaking Process: hydraulic compact roller flaker is used to ensure thin and uniform flake, with high toughness and small powder.

4.Softening process: with YPHW series horizontal softening pot, material enters softening drum through feeding auger, and turns over with the rotating drum. The rotating drum is equipped with heating tube, and there is steam in the tube. When material turns over continuously with the rotating drum, soy is heated to 50-70℃ and is fully softened, which can improve soy plasticity, make germ flake thin and burly and improve extraction effect. In addition, the rotating drum has the inclination of high feed end and low discharge end. According to material softening conditions, regulate the rotating speed of drum to control the softening time of material in the rotating drum, so as to achieve the best softening effect.

5.Cooker:use vertical cooker,This process is heating and cooking for Sunflowerseed which is easy to separate of oil and can provide the oil quantity from prepress machine.It is easy to operate and have long life.

6.Press:Mechnical press squeeze out some of the oil from the high-oil materials, such as sunflowerseed,castor seed etc., to meet the following cake extraction requirements.

Step 1.Degumming with water to remove the easily hydratable phospholipids and metals.

Step 2.Addition of a small amount of phosphoric or citric acid to convert the remaining non-hydralable phospholipids (Ca, Mg salts) into hydratable phospholipids.

Step 3.Neutralising of the free fatty acids with a slight excess of sodium hydroxide solution, followed by the washing out of soaps and hydrated phospholipids.

Step 4.Bleaching with natural or acid-activated clay minerals to LDorb colouring components and to decompose hydroperoxides.

Step 5.Deodorising to remove volatile components, mainly aldehydes and ketones, with low threshold values for detection by taste or smell. Deodorisation is essentially a steam distillation process carried out at low pressures (2-6 mbar) and elevated temperatures (180-220°C).
