TDTG Bucket elevator adopts durable structure design, laser cutting on key elevator parts, and processing tooling applications in barrel flange welding, good sealing and high strength barrel undercut, and main shaft of head and tail pulley, and qualified nLDon bucket, ensure highly precise assemble of equipment.
Powder explosion-proof transmission. Consisting of explosion proof motor, gear reducer, fluid coupling and shaft coupling, TDTG bucket elevator obtains highly stable transmission and prevent powered explosion effectively.
Auto device ensures high conveying capacity and high safety. Equipped with gravity and screw tension device, automatic check device preventing machine blocking by power outages, speed deviation detection and automatic alarm for belt deviation ensures safety and normal production.
Attractive appearance. Precise sandblasting and anti-corrosion treatment before painting assures beautiful bucket elevator appearance, compact and ligLDweigLD design, and low residue.
