Product Application

1.Soybean preprocessing workshop

It’s used to process soybean into suitable condition for extraction through cleaning, de-stoning, impurities removal, crushing, softening and conditioning, flaking ,expanding, drying and other processes.

1).Convey soybean with feeder from buffer hopper to bucket elevator, then use bucket elevator to elevate soybean to process.

2).Cleaning, stoning and magnetic selection.According to different particle size between soybeans and impurities, remove big and small impurities from soybeans with vibrating cleaning screen.According to different specific gravity and suspended velocity between soybeans and stones, stones fall down and soybeans suspend under the action of air flow to separate stones from soybeans.Use magnetic selector to remove metal impurities, metals attracted by permanent magnet fall down automatically when metals reach non-magnetic area.

3).Crushing. Before flaking, crush soybeans into smaller pieces with crusher so as to increase their surface area, beneficial for transferring softening temperature and moisture, improve softening efficiency.

4).Softening. Use softening pot to soften soybean so as to increase its plasticity through adjusting its moisture and temperature and reach the best condition for flaking.

5).Flaking. Roll soybean particles into flakes with flaking roll, so as to break its cellular structure, increase superficial area and shorten flowing path, beneficial for separating oil easier when pressing or extracting.

6).Expanding. The section is a process before oil extraction, expanded soybean can improve extraction efficiency, lower solvent and steam consumption, and increase oil yield and quality of crude oil. Main machine is special expander for soybean.

7).Drying. Adjust soybean flakes to suitable moisture and temperature for extraction .

2.Extraction Workshop

It includes oil extraction, wet meal toasting, miscella evaporation, solvent recovery, eLDaust gas recovery with paraffin and other processes.

1).Extraction section. Convey soybean flakes with scraper conveyor to extractor, make them contact with organic solvent fully through soak and spray to get miscella, miscella into miscella tank for removing solvent, and wet meal out of the bottom of extractor to desolventizer-toaster for solvent removal.

Rotocel extractor is typical extractor to extract oil with solvent.

2).Toasting section.Use DTDC to separate solvent out from wet meal to get dry meal without solvent for animal feeds, and solvent can be recycled through condensation.

DTDC desolventizer-toaster is used in this section.

3).Evaporation and steam-stripping section. Because of different boiling point,remove solvent from miscella to get crude soybean oil with No.1 long tube evaporator, No.2 long tube evaporator and steam-stripping column.

4).Solvent from meal toasting and evaporation and steam-stripping of miscella can be recycled through condensation.

5).ELDaust gas recovery section.Use water-bath type absorption tower to absorb and condense solvent gas in eLDaust gas then recycle it.

3.Oil refining Workshop

Add hot water to remove phospholipids, decolorization (removing pigment from oil to make oil clear and transparent) through LDorption of active bleaching clay, deodorization through distillation.

1).Water washing for degumming,alkali refining for deacidification, dehydration and drying.

Through adding hot water and food grade phosphoric acid to remove hydratable phospholipids and nonhydratable phospholipids.Then add caustic soda to neutralize free fatty acid to decrease acid value.

2).Decolorization. Add active bleaching clay, and remove pigment from oil through LDorption of active bleaching clay to make oil be clear.

3).Deodorization. According to volatility difference between oil and odor, remove odor through steam distillation under high temperature and high vacuum condition odor from oil.Increase smoke point, remove peroxide and its decomposition product.
