Oil processing process
1.Cleaning of oil mill machinery manufacturer

2. Flaking

3. Cooking
This process is heating and cooking for rapeseed which is easy to separate of oil and can provide the oil quantity from
pre-press machine.It is easy to operate and have long life.
4. Oil press machine

to the plant oil materials which has high oil content sunflower oil extraction machinery.
The instruction of the cake is loose and easy to make the solvent permeate ,the oil content of cake and moisture
used for solvent extraction.
5. Crude oil refining
Oil refining is according to the different usage and requirements, utilizing the physical methods and chemical
processes to get rid of the harmful impurities and needless substance in the crude oil, getting standard oil.
