OIL SOLVENT PROCESS:
The way to extracting oil is using chemical solvent to dissolve oil content contained in cake or direct oil seeds. Oil is separated from solvent by vaporizing solvent out.Solvent extraction will further process these cakes and leave less than 1% oil in the final cake. The advantages of solvent extraction method are higher oil yields; Lower power consumption, lower wear & tear / maintenance and high extraction efficiency. It can be used as complement equipment to extract the oil remained in cake
OIL REFINING PROCESS:
The crude oil will be pumped into oil refinery units to produce cooking oil at various grades by the fractional extraction method.
The main equipment of oil refinery includs various kinds of vessels and tanks carrying on different tasks with additives. These tasks may include sedimentation/filtering, neutralization (removing free fatty acid), degumming, decolorization (bleaching), deodorization, Crystal vessel for franctionation process, etc.
Fractionation of palm oil is an important process to get different grades of oil.

In the warranty period, all because of the quality of products has caused the damage or failure of equipment, suppliers will take the responsibility for the free repair and replacing spare part. Due to the damage caused by the customer,we only charge material costs for repair and replacement. After the receipt of customers notice,we will suggests the method to solve problem within six hours, or send specialist to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours.
