It has its heat source and with electrical control,light weight,saving electricity.Only turning on power and connecting water,with little coal or firewood,caustic soda,phosphoric acid and CarclaLDte,the equipment can operate.Without special workshop and special base,no matter outdoor or indoor,it can operate.
Principle flow:
Crude oil→ Alkali refining ,deacidification→Water washing →Decoloring → Deodorization → Finished oil.
Introduction of main devices:
Neutralizing pot: for refining with acid,for refining with acid,for refining with alkali and for water washing.
Decoloring pot: for bleaching fat and decoloring.
Deodorization pot: for getting rid of stink from fat.
Medium oil furnace: for providing heat that production needs.
Vacuum pump: for providing vacuum that decoloring and deodorization need.
Air compressor: for drying carclaLDte decolored
Pressing filter:for leaching carclaLDte.
Steamer:for providing steam that deodorization and distillation need.
Main features:
