Process flow for peanut pretreatment and pressing workshop
Peanut(Ground nut)---cleaning ,stones removal---husking---crushing---flaking---cooking---pressing---filtration---crude pressing peanut oil.
Process flow for oil extraction workshop
solvent steam
↓ ↓
Pressing peanut cake → extraction → mixed oil → evaporation → steam-stripping → crude oil
↓
Wet meal with solvent → steam toasting → finished meal → feed.
Process flow for peanut oil refining workshop
Crude peanut oil---water washing,degumming,neutralization,dehydration,drying---bleaching---deodorization---filtration---edible peanut oil
