Process flow for sunflower seeds pretreatment and pressing workshop

Sunflower seeds---cleaning ,stones removal---husking---crushing---flaking---cooking---pressing---filtration---crude pressing oil.

Process flow for oil extraction workshop

solvent steam

Pressing cake → extraction → mixed oil → evaporation → steam-stripping → crude oil

Wet meal with solvent → steam toasting → finished meal → feed.

Crude oil---water washing,degumming,neutralization,dehydration,drying---bleaching---deodorization---dewaxing(cooling crystallization)---filtration---edible sunflower oil
