Process features:
Process design of our cottonseed oil and protein machine is reasonable and compact,it meets international advanced technology standard,and owns automatic,continuous and machanized production conditions.
1.On the basis of solvent extraction method,the process uses two kinds of solvent to extract oil and gossypol,which ensures complete dephenolization and oil quality.
2.Series of measures of the process ensure solvent separation and recovery.
3.Lower solvent consumption,wet meal with solvent may be directly extracted,which not only reduces consumption but also avoids protein thermal changeability,so product quality is perfect and nutrition value is high.
