Our palm oil machine can get palm crude oil through treating palm fruit bouquet, kill yeast,fruit, tempering,pressing,
filtering,cleansing,dewatering…And then treated the crude palm oil,degumming,decoloring,acid
stripping and deodorizing.Solid fat and fluid oil is easy to use,we can get it through fractionating the
refined palm oil.Pressed palm kernel cake’s shell and nutlet will be separated after separating,drying
and crushing.Pressed the recycled palm kernel will get crede palm kernel oil.

Craft flow:
1.palm fruit/bunch → sterilization → threshing → digesting → clarification → purification →dring → CPO
→ refining → decolorizing → deodorizing →RBD palm oil → crystallization → fractionation → RBD olein & RBD stearin
2.palm kernel →depericarper → crushing → pressing → CPKO → refining → RBDPK oil , RBDPK olein & RBDPK stearin

In the warranty period, all because of the quality of products has caused the damage or failure of equipment, suppliers will take the responsibility for the free repair and replacing spare part. Due to the damage caused by the customer,we only charge material costs for repair and replacement. After the receipt of customers notice,we will suggests the method to solve problem within six hours, or send specialist to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours. |
