Sand dryer Application:
We can produce the sand dryer ,river sand dryer ,sea sand dryer, yellow sand dryer, silica sand dryer and so on .For the sand material , there are two kinds of dryer for choice.
The working principle of rotary dryer:
The reasonable raw material plate has a changeable angles which can threw moisture materials into the cylinder. The water changed into vapour by hot air-flow. In this way the materials is dryed. The working process step is as the following:
1. The material content 30-50% water is send into the drying equipment through the feed belt conveyor homogeneous continuously.
2. The material from the higher end into the drum, contact wiht hot air.
3. Along with the cylinder rotation drived by the motor, the material was dried by the hot air heated by the heating resource, then the peat flows to the lower end under the action of gravity and the dried material is discharged out.
4. The rotary dryer machine is in negative pressure condition, feeding and discharging end sealing devices is used to avoid air leakage.
Sand Dryer Structure:
The Sand dryer consists of rotary body, throwing flitch, transmission device, supporting device ,sealing ring, heat source, beater device, belt loading machine, feeding machine, rotary roller, belt discharger, draft fan, discharger, and LDitch board.
Characters of cone crusher:
1. Sand dryer can take full advantage of excess heat, reduce heat loss and increase the heat exchange area, making the unit evaporation intensity of the dryer greatly improved, thereby effectively improving the heat energy utilization rate, reducing the energy consumption and making the heat efficiency of Sand dryer improved in a wider range. Compared with single-cylinder dryer with the same efficiency, its heat efficiency is improved about 50% and energy consumption saving doubles.
2. Because the cylinder length of the Sand dryer is one third of single-cylinder dryer and the base area saves about 60% than the single-cylinder dryer, the base investment is reduced correspondingly.
3. The dryer drives by adopting the friction between supporting roller and belting leather, and the transmission power is low, thereby reducing the noises when the equipment working.
4. The cylinder sealing system of the dryer adopts micro-contact technology, with better sealing effect and reducing the dust pollution.
5. The cylinder and raising material board of the dryer both adopt alloy steel plates which is double service life of common steel plates.
6. Sand dryer can use coal, oil, gas as fuel, can dry different shapes of material, such as lump, granular, powder and various materials.
