Three Channel Rotary Dryer for wood chip
Three-cylinder Three Drum rotary dryer is mainly applied for stoving slag, sand, coal, fly ash, iron powder, ore, quartz sand and other particle materials. It has the following characteristics:
1. The cylinder protect itself, thermal efficiency can up to 95%.The whole length of the dryer reduced to 50% approximately than mono-cylinder and reduced land investment to 50% approximately
2. Cylinder adopts heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel plate welding with long service life and easy maintenance..High thermal efficiency , temperature of outer cylinder is 60or below(temperature of outer mono-cylinder is high to 150°C)
3. Low temperature of outlet, long-service of dust removal machine. It also can be directly connected to air box pulse bag filter.
4. Without gear and pinion drive, but wheel rotation applied, level operation of the complete machine makes system simple and reasonable.
5. Air heater could match boiling furnace, or oil furnace can also be applied, which can dry materials with size below 20mm.
6. Final moisture index can be adjusted according to requirements of customers.
Working Principle:
Sand sent into hopper by the conveyor and bucket conveyor, then the material pass through the feeding tube into the feed end . The gradient of feeding tube must be greater than the natural angle of materials, so that the material can enter into sand dryer. The desiccators' cylinder is an oblique rotating drum. Heat-carrier enters into the dryer from the low-end that can form reflux with the material added from the upper end. With the rotating of cylinder, materials are carried to the bottom end by gravity. In the moving process, wet materials obtain the heat input of heat carrier indirectly to be dried. Then, the finished materials are sent out by belt conveyor and screw conveyor, the wall plate of cylinder body can lifting the materials up and down, increasing the contact area of material and air flow to improve the drying rate and promote the progression of materials. The heat carrier is generally classified into the hot air flue, gas flue,etc. Dust cyclone need to capture down the materials carried by gas. If the dust content of off gas needs to be reduced in further, Bag filter or wet dust also should be used.
