Textured soy protein (TSP) is made by forming a dough from high nitrogen solubility index (NSI) defatted soy flour with water in a screw-type extruder, and heating with or without steam. The dough is extruded through a die into various possible shapes: granules, flakes, chunks, goulash, etc., and dried in an oven.

1.Main parts of the rice bran oil press macine:
A.Magnetic drum: It is making using of the magnetic power to remove the metal impurities, such as the iron nail and small steel , it can avoid these impurities to destroy the machines in follow steps.
B.Cleaning sieves:There is some mud, leaves and other pellets in the sunlfower seed, we need to using the cleaning sieve to remove them . The frequency movement can improve the efficiency of cleaning, the ligLD dust is removed by the suction system.The processig capacity is large, it is usually adopted by the middle and large scale oil factory.
C.Cooking: It is an important step in oil extracting process. The main function of this part is wetting , heating, cooking and drying the the flakiness, the effectiveness of the cooking will affect on the oil out rate and the quality of the meal.
D. Oil press machine: it is the most important part in the press production line. The main purpose is press the oil out from the peanut . It is composed by the main body , pressing worm , pressing ring , cage bar and others . The internal structures of the press machine can affect the oil rate.
E.Vibrating filter: It is mianly composed by the casing , plate type mesh and vibrating shaft. After getting the crude oil , there is some oil residual in the crude oil , you need to filter it to get cleaning oil . The oil residual will be left on the surface of the mesh , aftering filtering, you need to turn on the motor , when the vibrating shaft is vibrating , the impurities will fall. The mesh is made of the SS .
2.Main parts of rice bran oil refinery line.
A.Preheating secticon: Pumping crude oil into hydrate tank (oil refining tank), heating by steam or heat-transfer oil (in coil pipe), rise oil temperature.
B.Degumming section: Adding the P-acid to remove the gum.
C.Deacidification section: Adding alkalis lLD (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours.
D.Decolorization Section: Using the active clay to absorb the pigment away ,then filter the waste clay away .This process is carried out under the vacuum condition.
E.Deodorization and Dehydration Section:Injecting direct steam to take odors away in the vacuum condition . in the deodorization tower , the temperature is very high , it also can finish the dehydration section.
F. Filtering:This process can remove off the small amount of unsettle gum soluble impurities in the oil , to ensure the product oil quality.
G:De-waxing: it is used for removing the wax in the oil , if you don't remove it , it will be turbid in the low temperature and strong lampblack during cooking . At the meanwhile , it will affect on the rice bran oil sale price.
