The detailed process of palm oil line
Sterilization: Use the high temperature to boil the bunch and sterilize(145°C,90-120min).
Threshing: Separate the fruit from the bunch through strong vibrating.
Digesting: Stirring the fruit,then digest again.
Pressing: Separate the flesh and kernel, get crude palm oil and kernel(no crack-send to the depericarper).
Clarification: Separate the oil and sludge(get 90% pure oil),the oil contains 45%-55% moisture,sludge and other wastes.
Purification: Oil purifying treatment-increase the purity.
Drying: Use the Continuous Vaccum Drier pumps the moisture from the oil,then the moisture decrease to 0.1%.
Sewage Treatment System Introduction
According to the statistical data, ,1 ton palm fruit will lead to 0.5 ton waste water , and 1 Ton crude oil produced will be have 2.5T wast water. The oil plant capacity 50T/D produce 25T wast water per day. The sewage is brown, with oil and tiny suspended solid. Water temperature is 80~90 ℃,it’s acidic PH is 4~5, include many oil, metal, organic substance, no poisonous substance, if discharge into river directly, will coast water pollution.

Now it has many different kind of palm fruits in different place , so the oil content is different in different kind of palm fruits . Actually ,the oil content is 22-25%
2. What is the usage of waste palm bunch and fiber ?
Most customers will use waste palm bunch and fiber as fuel for boiler and generate power
3. The palm kernel will be pressed as same as FFB ?
The palm kernel press is different from palm fruits . after press the palm fruits ,then we get the palm kernel ,then we press . of course ,the presser is different , too .
