Refining pot: also named Dephosphorization and deacidification tank,under 60-70℃,it occurs acid-base neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide ,After stirring by reduction box,it can decrease the acid value in oil and separate the impurity ,phospholipid which will enter into soap stock..The oil can be refined further.

Bleaching pot: Also named bleaching, dewatering pot,it removes water from oil by vacuum.The bleaching earth is breathed into bleaching pot ,after stirring,filtrated by filter and change the color of the oil.

Vertical blade filter machine: Equipped with vertical leaf filter to remove used bentonite from the oil, operating conveniently and continuously , low laboring tense, keeps environment well, keeps oil residence in deposable bleaching earth in low level.

Deodorization pot:It uses USU 304 stainless steel plate, under the vacuum condition of vacuum and high temperature (220,240℃), The deodorization system can remove fatty acid and other rare delicacy high efficiently .make Meanwhile, the pot has the advantage of lowering steam consuming and avoid of the hydrolyzation of oil;

1. what is your refining ratio of palm oil ?

For the refining ratio of palm oil , it will be depend on the acid value . If acid value , the ratio will be low ,if not ,it will be high . But we can make sure our refining ratio can arrive 90% , no matter how much acid value it has .

2. What by-productions we can get after refining ?

After refining , we can get phosphilipid , waste white clay , soap stock , FFA etc .

3. What is main method to refine the crude palm oil ?

For the crude palm oil refinery , we usually use physical refinery method .

4. What is the physical refinery method and its advantage ?

Physical refinery method is that the FFA will be evaporated under the high temperature and vacuum conidtion . Physical method can improve the refinery ratio , cut down the cost , shorten the time to extract FFA , not have the treatement of wastwater .
