Small Cold Oil Extract Machine
Raw materials:
Castor seeds, sunflower seeds, cashew, camellia, walnut, almonds, sesame, peanut,
soybean, rapeseed, pumpkin seeds, pepper seeds, corn germ, chili seeds, cottonseed, etc.
Processing procedure:
1.prepare materials for processing;
2. Adjusting machine, include electricity, heating (if it is cold pressing, do not need open heating)
3. Turn on the machine, and then feed seeds into the inlet,
4. When seeds get into the screw bolt , oil extraction begins;
5. Crude oil flows out the squeezing bolt, then flows into the board and vacuum filter for filtering;
6. After filtering, oil flows out from the bottom of pipes and just use a receptacle to hold it.
7. then oil pressing is finished.
