Hydration Deguming & Alkali Refining Deacidification Process
Neutralization: the crude oil is output by the oil feed pump from the oil tank, and next enters the crude oil heat exchanger to recover part of heat after metering and then is heated to the required temperature by the heater. After that, the oil is mixed with the metered phosphoric acid or citric acid from phosphate tank in the gas mixture (M401), and then enters the conditioning tank (R401) to make the non-hydratable phospholipids in oil change into the hydratable phospholipids. Add the alkali for neutralization, and the alkali quantity and alkali solution concentration depend on the quality of the crude oil. Through the heater, the neutralized oil is heated to the temperature (90°C) suitable for centrifugal separation to remove the phospholipids, Auxiliary Machine For Oil PressA and other impurities in the crude oil. Then the oil goes to the washing process.
Washing: there is still about 500ppm soap in the neutralized oil from the separator. To remove the remaining soap, add into the oil about 5~8% hot water, with water temperature 3~5 °C higher than the oil generally. To achieve more stable washing effect, add phosphoric acid or citric acid when washing. The re-mixed oil and water in the mixer is heated to 90-95°C by the heater, and then enters the wash separator to separate the remaining soap and most water. The water with soap and oil enters into oil separator to separate out oil in the water. Further catch the oil outside, and the waste water is discharged to the sewage treatment station.
Vacuum drying stage: there is still moisture in the oil from the wash separator, and the moisture will affect the stability of the oil. So the oil at 90°C should be sent to vacuum drier to remove the moisture, and then the dehydrated oil goes to the decoloring process. Continuous Refining Decoloring Process
The main function of decoloring process is to remove oil pigment, residual soap grain and metal ions. Under negative pressure, the mechanical mixing method combined with steam mixing will improve the decoloring effect.
The degummed oil firstly enters into the heater to be heated to the appropriate temperature (110°C), and then goes to the bleaching earth mixing tank. The bleaching earth is delivered from the low bleaching box to the temporary tank by wind. The bleaching earth is added by automatic metering and is interlockingly controlled with the oil.
The oil mixed with the bleaching earth overflows into the continuous decolorizer, which is stirred by non-powered steam. The decolored oil enters into the two alternate leaf filters to be filtered. Then the filtered oil enters the decolored oil storage tank through the security filter. The decolored oil storage tank is designed as the vacuum tank with the nozzle inside, so as to prevent the decolored oil contacting with the air and influencing its peroxide value and color reversion.

Pretreatment Process:
1.Screening:Removing the chaff and broken rice in the rice bran, in case of they will influence the oil
yield and the desolvent of wet meal in the next process.
2.Magnetic separation :Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the rice brain. Since in the
process of puffing, the iron impurity will be harmful to the screw of extrusion machine, affect the
puffing effect.
3.Quenching and tempering :it is the process of preheating so that to improve the temperature of
the rice bran before puffing. After quenching and tempering the temperature will be controlled at 65--75 °C, and the moisture will be controlled at 10 ~12%.
4.Puffing:To make the rice bran powder to pellet , it is much more easy to solvent extract the oil out.
5.Drying:The moisture of puffed material comes from the extrusion machine is too big and the
temperature is too high for direct leaching, the must be experience to process of drying and coo-ling, thus the moisture will reach 7%--9%.
Solvent extraction process:
First, send the rice bran meal to the roary extractor, the meal will be fully soaked in the extractor by
the solvent. Thus, the oil in the rice bran will be absorbed in to the solvent.
1.Roary extractor: Spray and soak the pretreatment rice brain with solvent so that oil fats can be
dissolved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil) .
2. DTDC: It is usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
3. Miscella tanks:It is uesed for purifying miscella will be pumped into it.
4. 1st evaporator, 2nd evaporator: used to separate the solvent from the oil. After this process,
the solvent can be removed 85%.
5. Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be
discharged to condenser for recycling.
6. condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
Refining Process:
1. Deacdification:Adding a little P-acid to react with the collioid and a certained concentration lye to neutralize the free fatty acid, after reaction , producing many nigre, then we separating the soapstock and oil.
2.Decoloring section:Using the active clay to absorb the pigments away.
3.Deodorization Section:In the condition of the high temperature and high vacuum, injecting a cert-ain amount of superheati-ng direct steam, the steam completely contact with the surface of the oil li-quid , taking the varities odors away .
Dewaxing Process:
The process of removal of the wax in the oil called dewaxing (also can be called winterization). It's fundamental is remove the wax in the oil by refrigerating crystal in the condition of los temper-ature. After the wax becoming crystal, then use plate type filter to separate it form the oil.
Functions of main parts:

2. Cooling set: it is used to make the temperature of oil become low,
so that the wax can be crystallized.
3.Salt brine tank: used to add brine in the oil to make the the crystallization point of the wax become low,
