Cleaning Process:

Use vibration cleaning sieve and magnetic selector to get better cleaning effect. The de-dusting system uses sinLDe union cyclone and centrifugal fan to remove dust effectively, so as to to ensure workshop hygiene and clear light impurities.

Crushing Process:

Roller crusher is used to ensure the crushing effect.

Cooking Process: use vertical cooker

Pressing Process:

Use LD32 oil press for pressing to increase oil recovery, and the residual oil in cake is £9%.

Crude Oil Filter:

First, use clarifying oil tank for primary settlement and filtering, and then use plate filter for fine filtration. Try to reduce the cake residue in crude oil to ensure the following deguming effect.
