Hot air circulation wood sawdust dryer machine
Sawdust dryer mainly has two types. One is rotary sawdust dryer, one is airflow sawdust dryer. Rotary sawdust dryer is for the big processing capacity, and the airflow sawdust dryer is for small processing capacity.
Airflow sawdust dryer is also known as hot air pipeline drying machine, it is mainly made up of electric cabinets, blast blower, air heater, feeder, drying pipe, cyclone, air seal machinery, dust collector, draft fan. And widely be used in the drying of rice husk, sawdust, crushed wood shavings, tree branch, wood chips etc.
Hot air circulation wood sawdust dryer machine is widely used in the production of briquette making, the water content of wood sawdust need to be 6-8% before extrude by briquette extruder machine.

3. Simple structure, small area occupy and easy to build and maintain

5. Application:rice husk, sawdust, crushed wood shavings, tree branch, wood chips etc. Granular materials.(diameter less than 3cmm, length less than 5mm)
6. Production capacity: when hot air temperature is 180℃, the machine can dry the raw material reach 10% moisture.
7. Heating fuel: wood, coal, steam and electricity
Working principle of hot air circulation wood sawdust dryer machine:
1) First, the wet materials are put into the hopper and then be loaded into drying pipe by the screw conveyor. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhausted blower (draft fan) quickly.
2) The hot air is going though the curving pipes, thus wet materials can get fully dried during the drying process.
3) After the wet materials get dried, the dried materials are expelled out by the exhausted blower.
