2. High self-insulation thermal efficiency of 70% inside the drum.
3.Moisture content requirements is adjustable, depending on clients’demand.
4. Guaranteed dry effect (≤ 10% after drying)
5.The dryer achieves "zero horizontal thrust", greatly reducing the wear of gear wheel;
6.The dryer adopts self-aligning roller device, wheel and roller ring contact each other in a line, thereby greatly reducing wear and power loss
Working principle of industrial food cassava chips rotary dryer
1.Wet materials are sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.
2.Materials enter the drum installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the drum from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together.
3.The materials was lifted by the equally distributed lifting plate and scattered by the crushing blow dispersion devices on the inner side of drum, in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of rotary dryer.
4.Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating.
