Product DescriptionRotary drum dryer is a heat exchange equipment used for drying wet products, it is designed to dry materials of high moisture or strong stickiness, widely be used in the light industry, chemical, food and other industries, such as cassava chips, sludge, sand, coal slime, woodsawdust, cow dung, and other animals dung etc., by direct contact with hot air. The material which is a subject drying is loaded between the furnace and rotating drum drier, and surrounded by hot air, passes through specially developed chambers of a drum.

Working theory of factory price industrial rotary dryer for sand
1.Wet materials are sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.
2.Materials enter the drum installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the drum from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together.
3.The materials was lifted by the equally distributed lifting plate and scattered by the crushing blow dispersion devices on the inner side of drum, in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of rotary dryer.
4.Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating.
