1.1 Clean :

1.2 Crush:

and water distribute uniformly during softening, and flakes is thin and burliness.

1.3 Extrusion process:

Adopting the bulking machine can both improve the yield of rice bran oil and reduce the consumption. The

extrusion puffing, on the one hand, can make solution lipase in the rice bran passivated under high temperature and high pressure condition,then prevent the rice bran oil rancidity; On the other hand, the extrusion puffing can make rice bran be porous mateial grain, and increases the materials bulk density, then improve the permeability and leaching rate which solvent reacts to the material.

2. Soya bean oil Extraction Machine Introduction:

Main equipment parts:

1,Extractor:in the extractor, spraying the solvent to the oil material flake and dissolve the oil fats.Then get the wet meal also the mixture of oil and solvent.

2,Solvent pump:spraying the solvent to the oil material continuously.

3DTDC:separating the solvent from the wet meal.

4,Evaporator:separating the solvent from the mixed oil to get the crude oil and recycling the solvent.

5,Stripper:evaporating the rest solvent in the oil.

6,Condenser:cooling the solvent from gas to liquid for recycling.
