Main Processes Introduction
1. Hydration Deguming
About the phsical refinery process , we use the 80 degree hot water to have a Hydration degumming. Then use the reducer to stir , which make separate the impurities and phosphoric fatty in the oil ,then enter into the soapstock pot . Then refine the oil deeply .
Washing: there is still about 500ppm soap in the neutralized oil from the separator. To remove the remaining soap, add into the oil about 5~8% hot water, with water temperature 3~5 â higher than the oil generally. To achieve more stable washing effect, add phosphoric acid or citric acid when washing. The re-mixed oil and water in the mixer is heated to 90-95â by the heater, and then enters the wash separator to separate the remaining soap and most water. The water with soap and oil enters into oil separator to separate out oil in the water. Further catch the oil outside, and the waste water is discharged to the sewage treatment station.
Decolorization Process :
Also named bleaching, dewatering pot, The oil after degumming and dewater enter into the decolorization pot . Then make use of heating and vacuum supply to remove the water in the oil . Then use the vacuum to make the white clay to decolorization pot . Then use the mechanical stir to make the oil and white clay mixed very well ,which make the white clay abosorb pigment well . After these , we use the viberate filter to filter the white clay ,which change the oil color . After the filter process , the mixture of oil and white clay will be pumped to filter and security filter . After the whole filter process , the oil in the filtered cake will be recycled by steam blowout . We discharge the dried filtered cake from the filter , then through the discharge hopper enter the material box .
Vertical blade filter machine
Use the Efficient vertical balde filter to filter the waste white clay which comes from the decolorization process . Internal stainless steel filter net , the filter accuracy is 200 mesh . Automatic discharge after finishing filter. Advantages : simple operation , Continuous running , low labor , good environment , low oil residual in the waste white .
Deodorization section
The deacidification and deodorization is continuous process . It is more enerLD- saving , convenient operation. At first , the decolorizated oil will go gassing in the deaerator under the same vacuum environment with deodorization tower . At the same time , it is used for buffer feed . After deaerator , it will have a heat exchange between feed oil with deodorization oil . The temperature is pre- heated to 190 degreee to 210degreee . The deodorizated oil is cooled to about 135 degree . Then it is be heated by conduction boiler to that temperature which used for the stripping tower .
The deodorization tower is combined stLDe . The top layer is structure feed , which is main used for removing free fatty acid and odour etc . The low layer is plate tower , which main gest a hot decolorizing effect and also make the peroxide value zero . The oil from deodorization tower ,through the heat exchanger , then exchange heat with crude oil aftering abosorb lots of heat . Thencooling the oil to 80 and 85â by the cooler . Then after adding the antioxidant and Flavor agent , cooled to below 50 degree and storage it . The fatty acid volatile from the deodorization procee , we use the packing type catcher to catch . The catch liquid is free fatty acid with low temperature 60-75â . When the liquid level is high of fatty acid temporary storage tank , we will send the them to fatty acid storage tank . After the deodorization process , oil and feed oil cool, through the polish pump , go to storage tank .
Advantage of deodorization process
Deodorization tower is combined structure of packing and plates. The deodorization time less than 60min and the t-fatty acid content is low.
