Brief Introduction:
This production line takes wheat as input material and gives standard bread flour as final product. It consists of three main process: cleaning, milling and sifting, packaging. The whole set is designed as compact floor type and all machines are controlled by a CPU which makes the operation fully automatic.
Cleaning Process:
Twice separating, Twice De-stoning, Twice Scouring/Beating, Once Washing, Twice Air Suction and Twice Magnetic Selecting
