Sesame preteatment sectionCleaning——Softening——Flaking——Cooking——Pressing 1. CleaningUsing the de-stoner, vibrate sieve and other cleaning equipment to clean the stone,dust and other impurity,in order to get the high quality cake and oil and reduce the wastage of the machine. 2.Softening.
Using the softener to adjust the material’s temperature and moisture,making the temperature reach 70-75 centigrade,in order to get oil easily. 3. Flaking
Using the flaking mill to make the material into flake,increasing the surface area of exit oil.The thickness should be 0.3-0.35mm, it maybe broken easily if it is too thin. 4.Cooking
Evaporating the water, To control the moisture at 2%-5% or 3%-5%. 5.Pressing
Though the pressing machine make the oil separate from the cake.
The feature of pretreatment process:1 Different combinations of process can process various oil plants in one workshop

Sesame oil extraction process: (1) The material (for pretreatment) is sent to rotary extraction by the scraper conveyor. The material will extracted by the solvent or mix oil. After this step, we will get meal and mix oil.
(2) Meal is sent to toaster. Through the toaster, the solvent in the meal will separate from the meal. The solvent goes to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction.
(3) After the mix oil from the rotary extraction enters into 1st evaporator and 2nd evaporator, most of the solvent in the mix oil is separated.
(4)The mix oil from 2nd evaporator goes to stripping tower and almost all the solvent is separated. From the stripping tower, we can get crude oil and solvent. The solvent is sent to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction.

efficiency, also the water consumption is low.
Sesame Oil Refining:
Degumming: We are using a special wet degumming,Thorough removal of colloid.
Deacidfication: Removing the FFA by add caustic soda.
Decoloring : Premixing the a certain amount of clay with 20% degumming oil in the premix tank , then using the oil pump, pump the premixing oil and the rest 80% oil in the vacuum decolorization tower to get rid of the pigment,then using platetype filter to separate the oil and the waste clay.
Deacidification /Deodorization: Avoid large amounts of neutral oil accident losses, using high temperature and high vacuum environment, by using the method of steam stripping deodorization, removing acid.
Dewaxing: Wax affects the taste of the oil and it's transparency.Poor solubility in oil, cannot be absorbed by human.
