Product Intro
1. Vertical dryer is one of the important equipment in briquette production line, designed for drying various types of formed briquettes, including coal briquettes, mineral powder briquettes, iron powder briquettes, fluorite powder briquettes etc.
2. The vertical dryer is specially designed relying on the gravity principle. It has features of high drying efficiency and small footprint and small investment.
3. Ingeneral, the moisture content of briquettes is 12-14%. After drying, the moisture content can be reduced to 3%.
4. After being dried by this vertical dryer machine, it can be reduced by 2-4% of storage and transportation cost.
Working Principle
1. The formed briquettes are conveyed to the top of the dryer by belt conveyor and evenly distributed on the total across section by material distributing device.
2. As the cone rotates, the briquettes will travel down the bottom of the equipment under the gravity. At the same time the moisture which in the briquettes will exchanged by the strong hot wind.
3. The water vapor of evaporated from the briquettes will be blew away along the wind. Through two hours evaporating process, the briquettes can be thoroughly dried.
