Breif introduction
Model GL-KBD can produce two sizes fluff-type and ultra-thin type quick-easy package sanitary napkins. To adjust the shifting bottom automatically can produce daily-use and night-use products. So it saves time to change size and reduce the waste products rate and make efficiency higher.
Release film can take place of common PE film and bottom release paper to produce high grade products. Machine is controlled by PLC & frequency converter.
Basic compositions
1. Main machine adopts double-cutter, double-mould and double-embossing device to produce two sizes sanitary napkins at the same time. It also can produce different types sanitary napkins like fluff-type, ultra-thin type, soft-type and dry-type by change different types of raw materials.
2. Teeth-type crusher can crush treated fluff pulp and the crushing amount is 150-180kg/hour.
3. Aggregate device feeding units.
4. Double-screw type of SAP adding unit. Fluff pulp is mixed with SAP. The supplying amount is adjusted by frequency-converter motor and follow up the speed of the main machine. The supplying amount can be shown on the touch-screen of the PLC.
5. Fluff core wrapped by tissue paper unit(combined using with aggregate unit).
6. Fluff core embossing unit. Embossing shape can be produced as per clients’ request. The embossing roller is heated and temperature is controlled.
7. Core-cut unit.
