The Garlic Peeler is specially designed for peeling garlic. with the advantage of high efficiency, low breakage ,easy to operate and peeling automatically and naturally.
Garlic cloves are in the storage tank. Hot air drying garlic skin can reach about 40 °C, feeding cylinder, open the feed control valve, the garlic cloves get into the peeling cylinder. The amount of the feed depends on the opening time of the feed valve, and garlic split extent, after the end of the feed, the feed port is closed, compressed air electromagnetic is working, the compressed air enters the peeling cylinder with peeling , and garlic in the high-speed gas stream is peeling ,then garlic peels get out through the skin hole, garlic skin and garlic are separated , the Peeling work is completed. After the peeling work, then discharge cylinder begin to work, the already peeled garlic come out from the discharge port.
Both the material of barrel and the cover are made of stainless steel, confirming to the hygienic standards by the state.
