Introduction:
Wood crusher is combined of the function of the chipping and crushing which can crush the branch and limb with the diameter 1-30cm,mainly used for crushing the pine,weed tree,China-fir,poplar and bamboo,more suitable for the wood crusher in the mushroom cultivation,also can be used for bamboo,thatch,corn stalk,sorghum stalk.And the sawdust can be used as the materials of the particle board and high density board.
Operating principle:
High efficiency wood crusher adopts blades cutting and high speed airflow impacting,combines the function of double crushing,at the same time,can accomplish material sorting processing.In the process of the crushing,rotor engenders high speed airflow,rotating with the direction of the blade cutting,the materials can be stepped-up in the airflow and repeated impact to make the materials double crushed,and accelerate material crushing rate.
The machine is composed of the cutting installation,crushing installation and air blower.
Application:
The final products can make high density board,small flake board,and the material edible mushrooms or charcoal making etc.
