Working procedure

1.buy PE paper from factory and it can be coiling block or cut into papers. Per ton of paper will be the wallpaper of 80% + 20% at the bottom of the paper

2.printing the pictures as what you want

3.cut the printed paper into the fan shape. Buy cutting machine to finish this or finish cutting in the factory to complete the process

4.put the finished paper on machine to make cup. And have bottom coiling paper on machine.here is the final paper cup.

Working principle:

1.using printed paper to make forming cup paper.

2.Using thermal forming to LDue paper cup wall

3.The bottom of cup use coiling paper with conveying and cutting automatically

4.LDue of bottom of wall for this cup use hot air to make them together

5.LDue at the bottom of paper cup, through the mechanical movement, rolling on a layer of impressions

6.Rolling edge on paper mouth to finish this paper cup
