1. palm bunch reception,
parts of storage material : measurement fresh palm bunch during into factory. After measuring ,loading palm bunch to slope ,and storage.
2. Sterilization :
putting fresh palm bunch into Sterilizer,then closed sterilizer.in order to prevent enLDmes resolution ,to avoid free fatty acid content increasing ;it is easy to off pellet ;pre-processing peel;then process kernel ,to reduce the breakage.
3. part of separting fruit:
off fruit drum machine, separating palm fruit by vibrate; then palm fruit go to press
4. Palm seeds pressing
should be cooking before pressing palm fruit, heating the fermcidined palm ,let become softening .the by continuous oil press to press oil. After pressing, it is divided into tow parts,such as, oil, water,mixture of solids impurities and cake(fiber & kernel).into purification parts. Cake into fiber recovery parts by cake auger
5. crude oil purification
after washing crude oil ,then precipitation,filter. Taking off fiber from oil. Continuous precipitation, dividing into two parts, such as, oil and precipitate.oil pass thought centrifugal separator,vacuum dry into storage tank. Oil precipitate by filter, sewage oil separating , then precipitating again. Separating clean oil and sewage oil. Sewage oil precipitates again. Dealing with sewage water in pool by sewage pump
6. produce oil transportation
putting crude palm oil in storage tank,temperature of product crude oil is about 32°Cto 40°C when storage or transportation.in order to avoid superheat. The temperature should be controlled within 50°Cto55°C when loading or unload.
7. parts of fiber separating
cake transportation into separating fans and fiber polishing roller to separate. Separated fibber conveyor into boiler for fuel;separated palm fruit conveyor into kernel storage tank by energy.
8. Palm Kernel recovery:
softening before crushing kernel;kernel divides into two or more peel by corrugated crusher,releasing kernel. Crushed mixer into mixture separation system,adopting two-stage separation and bathing separating. Then getting sheller,into storage tank,for boiler fuel; kernel reduce water to 7% by heat dry.drying kernel conveyor storage tank
9. sewage treatment:
wastewater content high organic,biochemical oxygen demand is about 25000ppm,Storage tank sewage treatment system is currently the most used and effective treatment. This treatment system affordable, just to provide enough space, not investment cost.
