The techmology of LD'e for pretreatment and pre-pressing which mainly include the cleaning , decrustation extrusion, flaking, cooking and pre-pressing and so on.

Considering the different characteristic of oil seeds and the customer requirements, LD'e can provide you the special design, in order to adjust the oilseed to the optimun state, which will improve the oil yield and the cake quality.

Brief process of solvent extraction system:

Solvent-- Extractor--Mixed oil -- 1st and 2nd evaporation -- Stripping tower -- Crude oil

Wet meal -- DTDC toaster -- Meal

Brief introduction of solvent extraction system:

1.The complete extraction equipment is applicable to extract oil from the adopt expanding and extracting technical.

2.Pre-dealing expanding technical break the oil cell structure, passivate the enLDme in the oil-cake/flake. Squeezing and expanding to the mould make the contacted area bigger with solvent, so as to make for extraction from expanding materials (cake, embryo).

3.The extraction technical generally extract oil from cake and embryo by pre-extraction or direct extraction.

4.The whole equipment is composed of solvent extracting, wet meal roast & desolventing machine, long pipe evaporator, discal stripper, condenser and other equipment, and it’s matched with explosion proof motor, various kinds of connected pipes in plant, as well as the required accessories of instrument, apparatus, valve and so on.

What is solvent extraction system like?

Function of main parts:

1. Rotocel extractor: The spray and soak the cake with solvent, so that oil fats can be dissolved

in solvent (form miscella). After this step, wet meal and miscella (mixed oil) are got.

2. 1st evaporator: The miscella (mixed oil) will be sent to 1st evaporator to separate the oil and solvent.

3. 2nd evaporator: After the separating in the 1st the evaporator, the mixed oil is sent to 2nd evaporator.

Under higher temperature and vacuum, 95% of the oil is get out from the solvent.

4. Stripping tower: This is the lastest step to separate the mixed oil. In this machine, all the oil will be seperated from the solvent.

5. DTDC toaster: The cake from the extractor will enter the DTDC toaster. The solvent in the cake can be moved out. Then the solvent can be recycled. The cake after separating solvent will dried in the toaster. Then you can storage it directly.

6. Condensers: The solvent from evaporate, stripping tower and toaster will recycled by the condenser. Then the running cost will be reduced.

Main Features:

1. It is the most simplified structure of the Jessicae type of extractor.

2. Replaced with a false bottom plat fixed grid , reducing the movement mechanism, high safe

operation rate, high safe operation rate, work reliably.

3. Has a “self-cleaning” effect, clean up grid plate without downtime.

4. It can increase the leaching time of the material, reduce meal residual rate.
