1.Plantain Peeling Machine
Peel Skin of green plantain/banana, almost no damage for the plantain meat.
2.Plantain Slicing Machine
Cut Plantain into slice. If want to cut into strip like french fries or , we could recommend other cutting machine for you.
3.Conveyor
Automatically deliver plantain slice into Blanching Machine.4.Blanching Machine(Optional)
Wash and clean plantain chips with heated water
5.De-Watering Machine(Optional)
Remove water on the surface of plantain chips
6.Automatic Electric Frying Machine
Fry the plantain slice, automatically discharge, automatically temperature control,adopt water oil separating technology.
7.Vibrating De-Oiling Machine
Through vibration, smaller plantain chips will fall down and oil will be removed.
8.Air Cooling Machine (Optional Choice)
Cooling fried chips to normal temperature
