Palm oil screw oil press processing plant:

Sterilization: Use the high temperature to boil the bunch and sterilize(145°C,90-120min).

Threshing: eparate the fruit from the bunch through strong vibrating.

Digesting: Stirring the fruit,then digest again.

Pressing: Separate the flesh and kernel, get crude palm oil and kernel(no crack-send to the depericarper).

Clarification: Separate the oil and sludge(get 90% pure oil),the oil contains 45%-55% moisture,sludge and other wastes.

Purification: Oil purifying treatment-increase the purity.

Drying: Use the Continuous Vaccum Drier pumps the moisture from the oil,then the moisture decrease to 0.1%.

Palm oil processing plant

After collecting by loading ramp, the palm fruit will be transport into sterilizer, and then the fruit and bunch will be separated by the thresher. The bunch will be returned into Palm Tree Plant as fertilizer, and the fruit will bepressed by screw press. After pressing, the kernel and fiber impurities can be produced by further separation from the extracts. After drying, the kernel make palm kernel oil, the separated fiber and shell are the boiler fuel for providing steam. The crude palm oil can be produced by the pressed oil which has been purified. This crude palm oil can be directly sold or deeply processed. The industrial wastewater will be sent into effluent pond when the oil has been separated. After disposing the sewage, the residual sullages can be used as the fertilizer of palm tree. The advantages of whole process are short period, high automation extent, protecting environment and saving energy.
