Rice bran extrusion flow chart:

Rice bran→Magnetic separation→Cleaning →Extrusion Puffing →Counter-current drying→To leaching plant

Cleaning process: Adopt the magnetic separation removing iron miscellaneous and vibration sieve screen removing broken rice Xi, etc.

Extrusion process: After the cleaning , the cleaned rice bran be sent to the extrusion machine , As before going to the leaching workshop , The rice bran to be puffed ,Which makes the rice bran more moisture and broken its cytoderm . This make the oil can be easily to extract .

Drying process: The puffed rice bran contains about 12% water, and the best moisture for leaching process is 7-9%, therefore, there must be effective drying means to achieve the best leaching moisture.Adopting counter-current dryer can make water and temperature meet with follow-up process requirements, and improve the oil yield, as well as oil quality.
