The Medical Herb Low Temperature Vacuum Concentrator is composed of heater, evaporator, defoamer, condenser, cooler and liquid receiving tank. The parts that contact materials are all made of stainless steel. The equipment is applicable to evaporation and concentration of liquid materials in pharmacy, food, chemical industry and light industry etc. The concentrating time is short and the evaporation speed is high, which can better protect the heat sensitive materials from being damaged.
The concentrator is applicable to concentration of traditional Chinese herbal Western medicine, glucose, starch, MSG, dairy and chemical industry etc. It is especially suitable for low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive substances.
It can carry out continuous sterilization and concentration. The period of being heated of materials is short and the evaporation temperature is low.
