Bottom Discharge Centrifuge
PLD series Bag-Shaking Bottom Scraper Discharge Centrifuge is mainly working for solid-liquid separation with scraper discharge and bag shaking mode to clear out residue filter cake, 99% residue filter cake could be clear out totally, it could avoid to confound different production batches, meanwhile, this could solve the problem about residue filter cake influence filtering speed rate. This kind of centrifuge is mainly applied in pharmaceutical, food, additives and chemical industries liquid- solid separation of crystallization material.
Working Principle:
Raw material through feeding tube feeding into high speed rotating basket, under centrifugal force, liquid phase will drain out through liquid exit, solid phase will be filter on the surface of filter bag, formed as filter cake, stop feeding raw material, cleaning filter cake, after cleaning water drain out, rotating scraper will scrap filter cake and discharge to bottom. There have slight residue cake on the surface of filter bag which scraper could not scrap out, pneumatic bag-shaking device will reciprocating motion up and down, shaking residue cake out and discharge, most of residue cake could be clear out totally.
