Working principle
The bowl driven by the motor through the friction clutch spiral gear pair rotates around the main shaft at a high speed. Stock liquid flows into the bottom of bowl's wall through the bottom edge of disc seats and their holes in it. Solid material settles onto the inner surface wall of the bowl and forms into the residue by the centrifugal force field. Then the residue will be discharged manually after the machine stops. Light liquid flows along up the outer cone surfaces of discs to the main shaft center, passes through the light liquid centripetal pump and drains out of the light liquid outlet. Heavy liquid flows along the inner tapered surface of disc down to the bowl's wall and then passes through the heavy liquid centripetal pump and drains out the heavy liquid outlet.
Main Feature
This machine is the three-phase separation and manual deslagging type separator It can realize liquid –liquid-solid separation .It has the strong separation ability.Its separation factors is between 5000-9300,max ability is 10m3/h. The mechanical properties of stability,convenient operation and maintenance is very suitable for separating the material which the light liquid phase and the heavy liquid phase have the unstable proportion.It can be adjusted online. It can replace the liquid ring without stopping the machine and extends the applicability of traditional oil-water separator for material.
Main applications
It is used for separating fermentation liquid ,emulsion and suspension which solid content is 1-5%,for example, regeneration of oil and lubricating oil, purification of plant oil: Chemical industry: nitroglycerin, benzoic acid, emulsion separation; pharmaceutical industry: extraction of penicillin, tetracycline, roxithromycin,bacteria, antibiotic, alkaloid extraction; food: milk separation, separation of beverage flavoring agent.
