High Speed Tubular Type Centrifuge
Operation Principle
This kind of high speed tubular type centrifuge consist of body, driving device, bowl parts, liquid-collection tray, liquid-inlet bearings etc. on the top of bowl is flexible shaft, bowl bottom connected with damping floating-ring bearing, main shaft connected follow-rotating wheel by coupling seats with buffer. Motor power transmitted through belt-wheel and tensioned-wheel to follow-rotating wheel, bowl part start high speed rotating around with shaft, so that occurs strong centrifugal force field. Raw material feeding from bottom bowl, under centrifugal force, solid part has been separated on the side wall of bowl, liquid collecting and discharge to bowl top.
Application Range
Usually separation of various suspension liquid, especially fineness solid, low solid-content liquid, such as pharmaceutical raw liquid, oral liquid, Mycelium vaccine, protein, seaweeds, pectin, animal blood etc.
