Principle characteristics

Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, materials used 304 stainless steel.
The construction principle and characteristics of the reaction kettle are composed of a pan body, a pot cover, an agitator, a jacket, a support and a transmission device, a shaft sealing device, etc., and the material and the opening can be made according to the technical requirements of the user. The heating forms are electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open flame heating, etc.. Jacket form is divided into: clamp type and outer half tube type, jacketed oil heating type are equipped with diversion device. The mixing forms are paddle type, anchor type, frame type, screw type type, scraping wall type and so on. Stainless steel reactor is widely used in chemical, food, paint, hot melt adhesive, silica gel, paint, pharmaceutical and petrochemical production in the reaction, evaporation, synthesis, polymerization, saponification, sulfonation, chlorination, nitrification process such as pressure vessel, such as reactor, reactor, decomposition pot, polymerization kettle etc.. The reaction pot is mainly composed of four parts: an inner tank, a clamping sleeve, a stirring device and a supporting seat.
The inner tank can be made of stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L or SUS321) according to process requirements. The inner surface is polished by mirror surface. It can be cleaned on line by CIP and sterilized by SIP. It meets the requirements of hygienic standards.
Jacket according to process needs to use stainless steel (SUS304) or carbon steel (Q235-B) and so on.
The appropriate design of diameter height ratio, on-demand stirring device; mixing pressure seal with sanitary mechanical sealing device, in order to maintain the working pressure of the tank and the tank to prevent material leakage caused by pollution and unnecessary loss of material.
