Product DescriptionThe major advantage in using a sinLDe pressing machine is that it greatly increases the oil yield. Oil press includes sinLDe pressing, double pressing and pre pressing.
SinLDe pressing machines are used to extract oil from most kinds of oil seeds and nuts.
The flakes will be pressed by continuous screw press. After pressing, they fall into two parts: pressed oil and pressed cakes. This oil is more pure and healthy as it was not treated chemically.
Some high oil content seeds need double press. So the oil can be extracted from oil seeds as much as possible.
Oil seeds press extraction machines include hydraulic press and screw press.
Hydraulic press
Hydraulic press machine is suitable for oil seeds like rice bran, coco-bean, olive, soybean, peanut, sesame, etc. We offer open hydraulic press, closed hydraulic press, vertical hydraulic press, horizontal hydraulic press, manual type and automatic type.
Screw press or expeller
The work shaft in barrel pushes the oil seeds material forward. The material is pressed as worm diameter increases and the diameter of barrel decreases when it is pushed forward. Oils in material gets out by way of cage bars. Screw press shaft is made of stainless steel. The bars in cage are 1*178mm or 3*276mm.
