Brief introduciton of peanut oil production line

Peanut oil production line : including peanut kernel prepressing plant, peant oil cake solvent extraciton plant ,peant crude oil refinery plant and refined peant oil winterization plant

Peanut kernel prepressing/pretreatment plant

Flow chart: Peanut kernel → Crushing → Flaking →Steam/Frying →peanut crude oil (filter) and oil cake

At first,We use crusher to press raw material peanut kernel . After crushing , Each peanut kernel will become granulated material 6-8pieces, Powder is less than 8%(20 mesh/square inch). Flaking machine process crushed material,then get a thickness of about 0.5mm .Then we use steam/frying pot to process flaking peanut. Finally, we use oil prepressing to press processed raw material . Pls notice, The moisture content should be 1%-2% .And the temperature should be about 130 ℃.

Peanut oil cake solvent extraction plant

The solvent extraction plant is part of vegetable oil processing plant which is designed to extract oil directly from peanut oil cake. In general, 100kg oil cake can extract 5-6kg peanut oil

Main equipment :Rotocel extractor (loop type extractor), evapo-separated machine, Long tube evaporator, stripper tower, condenser, absorber, conveyor, sealing auger and so on.

Main producedure of solvent extraciton plant

The material (peanut oil cake from pretreatment) is sent to the extractor by the airtigLD packing auger. The material, peanut cake will be sprayed for extraction (leaching) by the solvent (n-hexane) or mixed oil after they fall into the extractor. The wet dreg (after dripping), falling into the conveyor and be sent to the evapo-separated machine. After steaming, baking and desolventizing, the dreg will be sent to the dreg storehouse. Miscella after extraction enters into the first and second long tube evaporator for separating the steam and solvent, and then peanut miscells flow into the stripping tower for desorption the remaining solvent of crude peanut oil. The extracted crude peanut oil from the last process will be sent into the crude peanut oil tank for crude peanut oil refining plant. The solvent vapors from the extractor, evapo-separated machine, evaporator, stripper tower will be recycled in the cooling system. The solvent after cooling will be collected in the fresh solvent tank for reusing in the peanut oil solvent extraction process plant.

Peanut crude oil refinery plant and winterization plant

Peanut oil refining includes a series processing procedures as degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization and winterisation. In general there are two methods of vegetable/edible oil processing, one is physical refining and the other is chemical refining. However, no matter what kinds of reining methods, they are all done with the help of various oil processing equipment and machinery, and be used to refined peanut crude oil from pre-pressing plant and solvent extraction plant .

1. Crude Oil Degumming: In this step guLD in crude oil are removed by hydration with the help of phosphoric acid.

2. Neutralization: In this step free fatty acids are neutralized by using sodium hydroxide and convert them into soap. Additional impurities are also removed by adsorption on soap.

3. Bleaching/decoloring: During bleaching, unwanted pigments are adsorbed physically and oil will become much clearer.

4. Deodorization: Deodorization is used to remove unacceptable odors by steam distillation, the odoriferous compound are stripped off with the help of live injected steam into heated oil under high vacuum pressure.

5.Winterization plant :After these procedure, We will get senior cooking oil . If you want to get peanut salad oil , Winterization plant is necessary .Peanut oil has a solid fat solidification precipitation during 0-3degress.. Thus winterization plant is necessary for peanut salad oil production
