Process Description of Rice bran oil machinery:
The purpose of preparation is to extract a portion of oil by mechanical pressing while Rice bran oil machinery providing pressing cakes for extraction plant. 100Ton continuous solvent extraction plant is a succession of several of the following processes: Bran Cleaning & Weighing, Cracking, Softening, Puffing,Flaking, Pressing, Oil Residue Extraction,Filling and Packing.

Description of Process of 100Ton continuous solvent extraction plant:

1. Cleaning & Weighing Section of 100Ton continuous solvent extraction plant
100Ton continuous solvent extraction plant from daily bin is treated by magnetic separator, weighing scale and screener with dedusting aspiration network to remove impurities.
2. Cracking Section of Rice bran oil machinery
The purpose of cracking is to crack Rice Bran into small particles previous to softening and flaking, in order to improve the quality and capacity of the flaker.
3. Softening and Puffing Section of 100Ton continuous solvent extraction plant
Horizontal drum softener is designed to adjust temperature and moisture of Rice Bran previous to flaking, improving oil yield greatly.

Continuous solvent extraction plant introduction :

Continuous solvent extraction plant including the extraction of pre-pressed cake, miscella evaporation at negative pressure, stripping, wet meal desolventizing, solvent vapor condensation, vent gas recovery and so on.

1.Extracting of Continuous solvent extraction plant

The pre-pressed cake, firstly enter into the sealed scraper blade to avoid the solvent gas escaping. Sunflower seeds enter into the extractor counter-currenting with the solvent, the grease is extracted. Miscella condensity increase from 2% to more than 25%. Miscella discharged from extractor,

then into miscella filter, and the leached meal finally drop-in DTDC out from wet meal drag conveyor.

2.Evaporation of Continuous solvent extraction plant

Using the secondary steam desolventized from DTC desolventizer and produced by steam-jet pump to heat and evaporate micella in the first long-tube evaporator. Export temperature reaches to 58-62℃ and condensity reaches to more than 65%. Then, micella enters into the second long-tube evaporator in which the temperature is heated to 90-95℃ by indirect steam and the condensity reaches to more than 95%. Then miscella enters into stripper in which residual solvent in oil will be removed,

the export temperature reaches to about 105℃ and the general volatile of the extracted crude oil is less than 0.30%.

3.Desolventizing of Continuous solvent extraction plant

Wet meal in seal scraper blade drop-in DTDC evapo-separated machine through material seal screw for desolventizing, drying and cooling. The machine has eight layers and its flow controlling gate is flexible

and reliable.Desolventizing baiting layer uses seal screw.

4.Condensation recovery of Continuous solvent extraction plant

Extractor is equiped with a seperate condenser, 1st and 2nd evaporation share one condenser. Low and high temperature of solvent gas both from 1st

and 2nd evaporation enter into the condenser after its neutralization, which greatly reduces the load of condenser and improves the efficiency of condensing.

Stripping and analyzing share one condenser, the non-condensable gases enter into the vent gas recovery system through the final condenser.

In the recycling system, the cold paraffin will absorb the solvent gas and the final nonsolvent gas will be discharged through fire resistance valve.

Paraffin absorbed the solvent gas can be also called rich oil, after heating by oil-oil heat exchanger and steam, the rich oil will enter into desorber for desorption, and into condenser after changing solvent into gas,

the final cooled paraffin can be recycled.

Packing : Packed by the protect film inner, water-repellent plastic outside. The wood packing is necessary if send by less than a container. it will fixed by steel rope in the container.
