Process Description of Rice bran oil machinery:
The purpose of preparation is to extract a portion of oil by mechanical pressing while Rice bran oil machinery providing pressing cakes for extraction plant. 50ton Sunflower oil leaching equipment is a succession of several of the following processes: Bran Cleaning & Weighing, Cracking, Softening, Puffing,Flaking, Pressing, Oil Residue Extraction,Filling and Packing.

Description of Process of 50ton Sunflower oil leaching equipment:

1. Cleaning & Weighing Section of 50ton Sunflower oil leaching equipment
50ton Sunflower oil leaching equipment from daily bin is treated by magnetic separator, weighing scale and screener with dedusting aspiration network to remove impurities.
2. Cracking Section of Rice bran oil machinery
The purpose of cracking is to crack Rice Bran into small particles previous to softening and flaking, in order to improve the quality and capacity of the flaker.
3. Softening and Puffing Section of 50ton Sunflower oil leaching equipment
Horizontal drum softener is designed to adjust temperature and moisture of Rice Bran previous to flaking, improving oil yield greatly.

Oil leaching equipment introduction :

The Sunflower kernel accounts for 70-80% of the seed and the oil content is about

40%-45% in the seeds. The whole sunflower oil plant contains three workshops:

1.Sunflower oil prepressing machine introduction of Oil leaching equipment:

It is necessary for hulling the sunflower seeds before pressing, so it could reduce the wax content of final oil, which is bad for human.

Cleaning process: In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity.

Suction type gravity stoner removing machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic separation equipment without power and eLDaust system were used to remove iron.

Dust removing wind net is installed.

Softening process: material enters softening drum through feeding auger, and turns over with the rotating drum. The rotating drum is equipped with heating tube,

and there is steam in the tube. When material turns over continuously with the rotating drum, seed is heated to 50-70°C and is fully softened, which can improve seed plasticity, make seed flake thin and burly and improve extraction effect.

Flaking Process: hydraulic compact roller flaker is used to ensure thin and uniform flake, with high toughness and small powder.

Prepressing:squeeze out some of the oil from the high-oil materials, such as sunflower seed , rapeseed to meet the following cake extraction requirements.

The dry cake is loose-structured and not broken, easy for solvent permeability, with low residual oil and low running cost.

2.Sunflower oil extraction workshop introduction of Oil leaching equipment :

The second way to extract oil for using chemical solvent to dissolve oil content contained in cake, oil is separated from solvent by vaporizing solvent out. In configuring the solvent extraction plant,

pre-pressing may be involved in which case seeds are lightly pressed, and which leaves about 18% to 22% oil in the pre-pressed cake.

Solvent extraction will further process these cakes and leave less than 1% oil in the final cake. This method results in higher yields, more oil;

Lower power consumption, lower wear & tear / maintenance and high extract efficiency.

Thus it could be used as complement equipment to extract the oil remained in cake, which yields are extra profits. Certainly if the capacity is less than 50 tons, or it is high rate of output oil, this process could be saved.

3. Sunflower oil refining workshop introduction of Edible oil factory :

The crude vegetable oil from above mentioned two ways of extracting, oil pressing and/or solvent extraction, will be pumped into oil refinery units to produce cooking oil at various grades.

The main equipment of oil refinery is various kinds of vessels and tanks carrying on different tasks with additives.

These tasks may include sedimentation/filtering, neutralization (removing free fatty acid), degumming, decolorization (bleaching), deodorization,

especially the dewaxing process is necessary, more wax would destroy the quality of sunflower oil.

By-Products from Oil leaching equipment

The by-product from the oil press and solvent extraction process is sunflower seed meal. The meal could be used as animal feed with pelleting machinery, especially for chicken, cow,

sheep and fish, or source material for the other way of extraction. You can get soapstock from oil refining process. Soapstock is the source material for laundry soap with soap making machinery and washing detergent.
