Small oil machine includes a series processing procedures as degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization and winterisation. In general there are two methods of palm oil extraction equipment, one is physical refining and the other is chemical refining by palm oil extraction equipment. Main Steps of palm oil extraction equipment
1. Crude Oil Degumming of palm oil extraction equipment: In this step gums in crude oil are removed by hydration with the help of phosphoric acid.
2. Neutralization of Small oil machine: In this step free fatty acids are neutralized by Small oil machine using sodium hydroxide and convert them into soap. Additional impurities are also removed by LDorption on soap.
3. Bleaching of Small oil machine: During bleaching, unwanted pigments are LDorbed physically and oil will become much clearer.
4. Deodorization of palm oil extraction equipment: Deodorization is used to remove unacceptable odors by steam distillation, the odoriferous compound are stripped off with the help of live injected steam into heated oil under high vacuum pressure.
5. Dewaxing (necessary for cold areas) of palm oil extraction equipment
Some kinds of oil like sunflower, maize germ or corn oil have waxes inside, if these impurities are not removed by palm oil extraction equipment, the oil will freeze easily under low temperature, thus effecting oil quality and appearance. so palm oil extraction equipment is necessary in extremely cold areas.

Negative pressure evaporation process of palm oil extraction equipment :
The liquid from the extractor is the miscella containing grease and oil, which can be separated out according their different vaporization temperatures. Our company mainly uses vacuum evaporation technology, and it can reduce solvent leakage and consumption. The separated solvent vapour is cooled and recycled back to the extractor for reuse, which can improve the solvent efficiency.
Vacuum Evaporation Advantages of palm oil extraction equipment :
a) Vacuum evaporation features high efficiency, thorough de-solvation and low solvent consumption in crude oil.
b) Use the second steam of desolventizer toaster and remaining steam from steam jet pump as the heat source of the first steam, which can save energy, reduce the condenser configuration area and save investment.
c) Due to the low temperature of the steam, the crude oil features light color, good quality and low residual solvent.
Solvent condensation & recovery process of palm oil extraction equipment :
Solvent condensation system combines with evaporation system closely, and evaporative condenser and steam stripping condenser all work under negative pressure. Non-condensable gas enters the energy saver from the shell of the first evaporator. In energy saver, noncondensable gas exchanges heat with condensate from the evaporative condenser. Finally, the condensate temperature discharged from energy saver is increased, and the solvent separated from water goes to solvent holding tank. The high temperature makes it unnecessary to be reheated for the recycling, so as to save energy. Noncondensable gas from energy saver enters desolventizing condenser, in which a great deal of gas is condensed, and the tail gas is discharged into the final condenser. The solvent gas from the extractor enters extraction condenser, and the noncondensable tail gas enters the final condenser. For the free gas in final condenser, diversion box, holding tank, underground solvent library and miscella tank, cool them with low temperatured cold water to recycle most of solvent gas. The tail gas with little solvent goes to paraffin recovery process.
