1. Crude Oil Degumming of Rapeseed oil/Edible oil production equipments(turnkey projcet): In this step gums in crude oil are removed by hydration with the help of phosphoric acid.
2. Neutralization of Small oil machine: In this step free fatty acids are neutralized by Small oil machine using sodium hydroxide and convert them into soap. Additional impurities are also removed by LDorption on soap.
3. Bleaching of Small oil machine: During bleaching, unwanted pigments are LDorbed physically and oil will become much clearer.
4. Deodorization of Rapeseed oil/Edible oil production equipments(turnkey projcet): Deodorization is used to remove unacceptable odors by steam distillation, the odoriferous compound are stripped off with the help of live injected steam into heated oil under high vacuum pressure.
5. Dewaxing (necessary for cold areas) of Rapeseed oil/Edible oil production equipments(turnkey projcet)
Some kinds of oil like sunflower, maize germ or corn oil have waxes inside, if these impurities are not removed by Rapeseed oil/Edible oil production equipments(turnkey projcet), the oil will freeze easily under low temperature, thus effecting oil quality and appearance. so Rapeseed oil/Edible oil production equipments(turnkey projcet) is necessary in extremely cold areas.

1. pre-treatment section :
1. Cleaning process : Use vibration cleaning sieve and magnetic selector to get better cleaning effect.
And This step is mainly to clean the big impurities ,like the stone , big dust , iron etc .
2. Crushing Process: This Process is mainly to crush the peanut , as the peanut is big ,it is not easy to press .
We must crush the peanut to 6-8 pieces . Then we need to peel . The rate of peel is about 90% .
3. Flaking Process : After crush and peel ,we need to flake the crushed peanut , which make the cell wall of
peanut broken . And we flake the peanut to 0.55 mm thickness . Then it is useful for the oil extracting .
4. Cooking Process: After the flaker,we need to cook the flaked peanut , control the moisture at 5-7% ,
the temperature is 110-115degree .
5. Pre-pressing : After all the pretreatment , pre- press the peanut , the oil can be extracted about 76% .
2.Solvent extraction section :
After pre-pressing process , the requirement of peanut cake : moisture is about 8%, the residual oil :18-22% .
Use solvent organic solvent through soaking or spraying contact methods to extract oil from the cake. There is only
less 1% oil content in meal after oil extraction machine .
Remark: The extraction workshop must be in a separate yard . This yard should be have at least 1.5 m
high brick wall all around ,the walls is 12 meters far from extraction workshop. Fire district : at least 30 meters
far from residential area, keep from fire .
3.Groundnut/Peanut Oil Refining Machine
Oil refining is according to the different usage and requirements, utilizing the physical methods and chemical
processes to get rid of the harmful impurities and needless substance in the crude oil, getting standard oil.
The crude vegetable oil from above mentioned two ways of extracting, oil pressing and/or solvent extraction,
will be pumped into oil refinery units to produce cooking oil at various grades.
These processes include neutralization (removing free fatty acid), degumming, decolorization (bleaching),
deodorization.Then you can get first grade groundnut/peanut oil .
