1. Crude Oil Degumming of 1-100TPD continuously edible crude oil refining equipment,oil making euipment: In this step gums in crude oil are removed by hydration with the help of phosphoric acid.
2. Neutralization of Small oil machine: In this step free fatty acids are neutralized by Small oil machine using sodium hydroxide and convert them into soap. Additional impurities are also removed by LDorption on soap.
3. Bleaching of Small oil machine: During bleaching, unwanted pigments are LDorbed physically and oil will become much clearer.
4. Deodorization of 1-100TPD continuously edible crude oil refining equipment,oil making euipment: Deodorization is used to remove unacceptable odors by steam distillation, the odoriferous compound are stripped off with the help of live injected steam into heated oil under high vacuum pressure.
5. Dewaxing (necessary for cold areas) of 1-100TPD continuously edible crude oil refining equipment,oil making euipment
Some kinds of oil like sunflower, maize germ or corn oil have waxes inside, if these impurities are not removed by 1-100TPD continuously edible crude oil refining equipment,oil making euipment, the oil will freeze easily under low temperature, thus effecting oil quality and appearance. so 1-100TPD continuously edible crude oil refining equipment,oil making euipment is necessary in extremely cold areas.

Oil Refining equipment and Process:

1) De-color tank is for bleaching grease.

2) Deodorizing tank is for desdorizing grease(stainless steel).

3) Conducting oil furnace provides thermal energy need for production, the temperature reach to 280degree.

4) Vacuum pump provides vacuum for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more;

5) Air compressor can dry the bleached clay

6) Air press is for filter clay

7) Steam generator can generate steam distillation required.

8) This kind of oil refining equipment makes the oil reach the standard level national edible oil.

Main Five Sections of Crude Oil Refining Equipment

1. degumming & deacidifying section,

2. bleaching section,

3. deodorizing section,

4. de-waxing section (special for sunflower seed and corn oil)

5. and fractionation section(only for palm oil).

( In accordance with different grades of various product oil required by the customer,

corresponding sections will be selected.)

Fully continuous oil refining equipment working process:

(1)pump crude oil into refining tank and heat with conduction oil, and the temperature will reach about 70°C-80°C after one hour.

Add acid or alkali to separate according to the acid value. After one hour's processing and 4-6hours deposit, then convey soap stock to storage tank.

(2)Pump refined oil into decoloring tank. When it is up to 90-110°C after one hour's heating, add clay into tank for 20min's processing. Then separate clay and oil with filter.

(3)Put discolored oil into deodorization tank with vacuum pump. Heat and process with steam for odor removal. After filtering, you will get final oil product.
