In general ,There are five steps ( Cleaning, Grading, Water soaked,Shelling and sorting, Dry) . for whole shelling and sorting production line , One is cleaning ,Cleaning the raw material impurity (Removing the stone, soil block and other impurtiy in the raw material ). Two is grading ( Divided watermelon seed into six grade), Three is water soaked (You prepare white steel tank to soak , mix raw material with water ). Four is shelling and sorting (Shelling alone and sorting alone by level ). Five is dry, Drying the final product ( There are two choice ,If the temperature in your local is high, Naturally dried final product ,Or you use dryer )
