For economic reasons it is increasingly popular to start a sunflower oil plant for sunflower oil processing to make cheap sunflower seeds into more valuable and healthy sunflower oils. The sunflower is a distinctive, flowering plant (Helianthus annuus L.), the seeds of which contain a valuable edible oil that contains more Vitamin E than any other vegetable oil. Requirements for extraction cake ,steam ,water. electricity etc:

1,Moisture of extraction material: 5-8%;

2,temperature of extraction material: 50-55°C;

3,oil content of extraction material:14-18%;

4,thickness of extraction cake : less than 13mm;

5,powder porosity of extraction material: less than 15% (30 mesh);

6,steam : more than 0.6Mpa;

7,solvent : national standard No. 6 solvent oil;

8,electric power:50HZ 3*380V±10%

9,tempreture of supplement water : less than 25°C,

Hardness : less than 10.
