5 Process description

According to the specific requirement of sunflower oil quality and more than 30 years experience in refining sunflower oil, we adopts the following refining process, which is more efficient and low consumption. This refinery process has been apply to many project. The truth prove it reliable.

Neutralization-------- decoloration---------winterization----deodorization

Through appropriate arrangement, can achieve the maximum heat recovery.Because of winterization ,dewaxing occurred after alkali refining and bleaching, therefore, winterization ,dewaxing process and the subsequent filter can be effectively controlled.
